Feeding line with loop for 3.600 Ton press

Customer goals: An extremely flexible line to feed progressive and transfer dies with a wide range of leveling capacities.

This line supplied to one of the most important TIER1 in the automotive sector, combined with a 3,600 ton transfer press, in addition to feeding the press in the conventional way, i.e. from coils, also allows the customer to directly feed blanks from a double destacker and this operational choice can be made through a simple selection from the control panel.

The line is equipped with a leveler with automatic roll pack change to process a wide range of thicknesses while maintaining high leveling standards; in fact, the line must process thicknesses from 0.7mm to 8.0mm. This line is also equipped with our ALU Package which allows to process aluminum, maintaining its aesthetic properties unaltered.
