Important TIER located in Eastern Europe

Customer goals: obtain high flatness after straightening on strips of high strength material, working at very high speeds and with flexibility of use to be able to process aluminum as well.

The line composed by a movable coil car, a 15ton decoiler with D.S.G. (direct servo gear), lateral containment conic rolls and pressure arms, allows the introduction of the strip into the straightener from both upper and lower side.

The precision straightening machine with 13 rolls allows to process high-strength material up to 1200N/mm2 and is set up for the use of a second pack of rolls dedicated to process aluminum.

The need to reach very high productions is guaranteed by a high-performance electronic roller feeder, able to reach accelerations up to 40m/sec2.
