Exclusive On-Site Preview – September 1–10, 2025
Join us for an exclusive on-site preview of two identical high-performance coil feeding lines, from September 1st to 10th, 2025, at our headquarters in Borgo Ticino (NO) – Italy.
These lines are engineered to handle coils with width up to 1.800 mm and thickness up to 8 mm, processing both high-strength steel and aluminum with exceptional flexibility, automation and energy efficiency.
KEY HIGHLIGTHS:
Dual Straightening Roller Pack System for Material Versatility
Equipped with two interchangeable straightening roller packs, each line adapts easily to a wide range of materials and thicknesses—without compromising straightening precision.
Fully Automatic Cassette Change
The 200 tons leveler features a fully automatic roller cassette change system, enabling quick and safe switching between straightening roller packs. This reduces downtime and supports a consistent workflow.
High Automation & Smart Process Control
From decoiling to straightening and feeding, the entire process is highly automated. This ensures optimal integration with press transfer systems, minimizes manual handling, and improves production stability.
Energy Efficiency Built In
Intelligent power management and optimized drive systems reduce energy consumption while maintaining peak performance—supporting sustainable manufacturing goals.
